Natural Beauty

From a general human being perspective it is a gift to be able to see the beauty in everything – and there is beauty in everything. Even in pain and destruction comes growth and rebirth and to me that is beautiful. Beauty associated with people is tricky because in today’s world we sometimes have other people dictating a very narrow idea of what beauty is but this is changing. We now recognize being different is beautiful!  We’re all unique and that in itself is beautiful and since the dawn of time beauty has been defined by the people who love them; as they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some people have a certain something, a “je ne sais quoi.” That “something” is inner beauty. The reality is inner beauty is a very true and tangible quality. I spent ten years in the field of beauty during my Tony&Tina 1.0 years and I have seen first-hand how inner beauty creates aesthetic beauty. A part of the beauty biz is to have lots of events and Tony and I traveled around the world…event after event giving us the opportunity to connect with so many different kinds of people. No matter where we were one truth stood out clearly…The people who felt good about themselves looked great! I’ve seen stereotypical “beauties” look not so great and stereotypical “plain Jane’s” look stunning and it had nothing to do with the make-up or fashion. It is our inner radiance that exudes beauty.

Looking beautiful is all about how you carry yourself and what kind of energy you are generating. It goes without saying that you have to take care of yourself, physically, emotionally, spiritually. It’s really not that hard. It can be as simple as making sure you wash your face and moisturize every morning and night. You can’t get lazy at night because then the day’s dirt and grime just sits there and your complexion will suffer. No matter what skin challenges you have you deserve more than a dull complexion. It’s also about your energy. If you are energetically clear and balanced and live in love and joy you will look it and that’s beautiful. Don’t just try to look beautiful…be beautiful…to yourself and to everyone in your life.

All that said their are some natural remedies to keep us looking healthy and youthful and that’s always nice self-care. There are some good tools in this post but also check out the Radiant Beauty Visualization , A Night Of Beauty and the Healing Bath.

You will find in this post beauty tips, energy remedies, energy facial, facial exercises and food and spices that promote healthy radiant skin.

General Make-up Tips

My number one rules are…Less is always more… Blend, Blend, Blend…Glitter is pretty much appropriate anywhere, anytime, any age!

If you are wearing dark lipstick go light on the eyes

If you are wearing heavy eye make-up go light on the lips…a natural / sheer rose or plum is usually great for everyone.

Use any color you like on your lids but just a hint of it; a smear / dusting. Any Tony&Tina make-up fans…if you have any of our Universal Color Dust it is perfect for the effect!

Apply your shadow normally but then gently use your fingertip, or a make-up brush but I’ve always liked using my finger to smudge my eye shadow or eyeliner. It’s best to smudge it from the inside out and just make sure you wipe away any obvious streaks. I sometimes leave a little of it on so it looks like a very faint “shadow” upward and away from the eye.

Make-up is meant to accentuate your beauty not cover it up…and usually wearing tons of make-up can actually make you look older…

My usual routine is:

  • A very light / sheer foundation, if any. Luminizing is extra nice.
  •
  • A lip and cheek tint. I use a sheer color and always have it with me for a quick touch-up.
  • I still use the Tony&Tina Herbal Glitter Pencil (I might have some back in stock by November 2019). I never leave home without it.

Energy Facial:

    • Activates and increases your life-force
    • Increases circulation
    • Decreases stress
    • Figure-8 the energy onto any part of your body that needs balance and healing.

This video I have showing this is a very rough sloppy video but the information is there. I will be redoing this video shortly, ha I think I’ve been saying that for a year, all in good time. But it’s simple, increases your sense of radiance, creates a youthful healthy glow to your skin and activates your life-force.

How too:
There is an important energy point on your back – right behind the bellybutton. If you put one finger on your bellybutton and the other where that would be on your back – that is what is called the Ming Men point. Some say it’s an inch or two lower than your navel – I have found a few debates online but if you just massage that entire area you can’t go wrong! Everyone agrees that it’s considered a powerful life-force center in Chinese and Energy Medicine.

– On your back Ming Men point, it’s on your spine, use your fingers to firmly massage it, this awakens the radiant healing energy. Take turns doing this for a few seconds with both hands. I do it twice usually.
– With the palms of your hands you then drag this energy around to the front of your body and touching your body, in a continuous motion, bring your hands up to your face as if you are splashing water onto your face gently and slowly – you can make a circle with your hands and / or let them rest on your face allowing that healing energy to soak in. This brings a new and deeper energy to your face this usually gives you a beautiful radiant youthful glow inside and out. I love it!!!

Facial Detox:

      • Releases toxins / Lymphatic Drainage
      • Increases circulation
      • Decreases fine lines
      • Figure-8 eye massage you will program your energy to crossover, which has numerous benefits.

The following all great self-care tools.

Getting Rid of Toxins
You retain a lot of toxins in the skin cells of your face, so it’s a good idea to massage your face every day, which accelerates circulation and gives a radiant youthful appearance. It can help reverse signs of aging as well as being a powerful preventive care technique.

With the tips of your fingers, massage in a circular motion, concentrating on your chin, cheeks, temple, eye sockets and forehead. Where it hurts is where the toxins are being stored, so really work on those areas. This kind of lymphatic drainage, or clearing as I like to say, is very effective! Remember that when you release toxins you have to wash them away, so follow up by drinking plenty of water. Do this for a few minutes twice a day, this can be extra benifical when using our Rose Hip Seed Oil. Doing this before you wash your face and apply your moisturizer is a great routine to get into.

Another version is to vigorous give yourself a facial massage will release toxins and Using the back of your hand (this has less of a dragging effect) rub vigorously back and forth all over your face with special attention to the forehead and around the noise, chin and mouth area.

Around the eye area is especially important and this Eden Energy Medicine so here is an easy, simple an effective technique. With your fingers massage or firmly press down around the entire occipital lobe (NOT in your eye or on the inner soft area) – do it on the bone around your eyes. An important variation of this is to massage the eyes with a figure-8 motion. For example start pressing into the upper right eye and massage down to the bottom left eye. Continue massaging around the left eye until you land on the upper left eye and now you crossover to the bottom right eye, massaging / pressing down in a circle up to where you started – the upper right eye. Do this at least three times with a continuous flow – doing this while lying in bed is a relaxing self-care ritual. This has benefits beyond releasing toxins – it will ensure your energy is crossing over which important for our overall health, motivation and happiness.

One important note: Use this deep self-massaging tool all around your chest area, we have many important lymphatic points there that can store toxins if we do not release them and since the lyphatic system does not have it’s own pump / manor of circulation we have to do it for our bodies. So let me say strongly to woman what my teacher Donna Eden preaches…“NO WIRE BRAS!!!!!!!” They can trap toxins in the breast area and that can be physically harmful to us. Also keep in mind that our Spleen Meridian runs right through the sides of your chest…we do not want anything to hinder the spleen meridian as it is responsible for so much of our well-being.

For sexier bras I just cut the wire out but for everyday use I wear Coobie Bras and they are beyond comfortable and fit all sizes and have great colors. I bought the rainbow so that I have colortherapy options for everyday, no matter what I wear on top of it.

Other Great Self-Care Healthy Skin Tools:

The Natural Face-Lift

      • Facing a mirror, open your mouth and, while tightening your cheek muscles, move your mouth as far as you can to the right and then the left. Then, puff up your cheeks with your mouth closed, sort of as if you were blowing something up. Repeat at least two times, twice a day.

Chin Tuck
Holding your head and neck up, slowly pull your chin and head back and then forward as far as you can. Repeat several times. Then, with your shoulders back and head held high, use the back of your hand to tap under your chin. Repeat several times.

Chin Definition
Lift your chin, stick out your tongue and try to touch your nose. Repeat several times.

Sinus Drainage
Using the tips of your middle and index fingers, apply pressure first on the inside of your brow bones and then underneath your cheekbones. When you begin, feel around until you experience sensitivity to the pressure. Push in and up for thirty seconds. Repeat at your brow bones.

Relaxing The Face and Neck
Let’s face it, sometimes we all work and worry too much. When you experience a day fraught with pressure and anxiety, try the following relaxation technique. Crunch up your face as tightly as you can while squeezing your shoulders up and in. Hold for four counts and release. Repeat three times. Then, pretend your face, neck and body are like a rag dolls and shake everything loose. Don’t forget about your hands and feet. Afterwards, do some light stretching…forward and backward and side-to-side.

Other Thoughts On Beauty

Make-up
Less is more, blend, blend, blend… I hope to bring our therapudic cosmetics back at some point but until then there are some good brands that do care about the health of your skin. Seek them out. Credo Beauty has a great selection. Basically, the fewer chemicals the better.

Skincare
“Don’t believe the hype” as Public Enemy says….use common sense and read your ingredient lists. I really stand behind my products, read about how I create them and I’d add that I consider all my ingredients sentient and respect them as such. I give gratitude to them, infuse them with healing energy and program increase your benefits. Through my energy work I raise the vibration of the ingredients and product and that gives you greater benefits. I am also on a mission to get people steaming their face on a regular basis. The benefits are immediate and a great time to take a moment for yourself to breathe in beauty, health and any energy you want to take in. Our Flowering Facial Steam is amazingly effective and delicious! It’s instant radiance!!!

Positive Thinking
If you always look on the bright side of things, you create a happier you. What you think about creates your reality, so by loving yourself and giving yourself positive affirmations you actually become your ideal self. High self-esteem is evident in the way you hold your head up and the way you walk and speak. Think beautiful and become beautiful. Try VisualizationRadiant Beauty and Sending Yourself Positive Energy.

Sleeping
Getting enough sleep is crucial…it’s true, we all need out beauty sleep! Your body and mind need to rest and recuperate at the end of the day, and not getting enough sleep makes you irritable and look bad, and it actually ages you! Getting 8 to 9 hours of sleep is a great anti-aging treatment and a way to achieve energetic wellness.

Tips For Healthy Youthful Skin
These are pretty much common sense:
– Get eight hours of sleep as often as you can.
– Drink at least 4 to 6 glasses of water a day.
Exercise. And, be active in general.
– Be a vegetarian, or least a respectful eater. Eat Consciously!
– Eat mostly whole, organic foods. Stay away from all processed foods and NO GMO.
Keep your GUT healthy. Gut health has gotten much attention recently and rightly so as it affects us physically and emotionally. An easy gut maintence meal is having some Kefir in the morning and throw in tons of nutrients. I grind up flax, chia, hemp, quinoa, sprouted millet and groats, and also add in some matcha and papaya enzymes and I can feel the gratitude from my body every time I have it. Feels amazing!
Do not smoke and limit alcohol intake.
– Give yourself a facial steam every week!
– Give yourself cleansing masks on a regular basis and always wash and moisturize your face – morning and night.
– Be aware of your facial expressions. If you find you’re tensing your facial muscles, affirm to yourself that your face is relaxed and soft.
– Give yourself facial massages on a regular basis. Moving out the toxins on a regular basis creates a noticeable difference. Ever notice how amazing your skin looks and feels after facial? Well, it’s partly because you’re massaging your face for an extended period of time, or shorter versions throughout the day.
Be happy. Studies show happy people look and feel younger, helping them to be healthier as they age.
Breathe in pink. Visualize pink energy with every inhale. It gives a youthful glow to you and your skin.
Fall in love. Even if you are already in a relationship, fall in love with that person all over again. Or, fall in love with a garden, a painting, a song; best thing ever is to fall in love with yourself.  Love everything and it will show beautifully.

Night of Beauty & Relaxation

It’s important to set aside a night of beauty each week. Let this be your time to nourish and pamper yourself, you absolutely deserve that. Take at least one or two hours to cleanse, steam, deep clean, replenish and moisturize yourself from head to toe. Set the intention this will be a relaxing night of releasing all negativity and blocks that get in the way of your most radiant self. Dream about the ideal you. Create a new reality, Law of Attraction. It’s good for your body, soul and mind.

One basic: Please, please everyone wash your face morning and night no matter how tired you are. It really makes a significant difference in how you look and age; and in how you feel. You can affirm you are washing away your worries, or hurt, or angry, or whatever you want to wash out of your energy field. It’s a great opportunity you get twice a day to make a positive affirmation!

Environment is everything!
Set the stage for your night! Make sure you have some great lighting, meaning dim lights and candles. Relaxation CDs, and of course some healthy snacks and lemon water…

Steam
This is pure luxury, seriously! Our Facial Steam is pretty heavenly if I do say so myself. If you don’t have the right herbs or oils it’s fine; you can buy herbs that are specifically meant for steaming at your local health food store. Just boil some water and pour it into a large bowl and let it simmer down. (Please use common sense, don’t scald your face.) With a large towel, cover your head as you hold your head over the bowl, about 6 to 8 inches above the steaming water. Steam your face for about 10 minutes. It will really open the pores and brighten your complexion. Breath deeply if you can. I like to intend I am breathing in earth’s purity and breathing out toxins, physical and emotional.

Cleanse
Immediately after steaming, while your pores are still open, apply a mud or clay mask (a mixture of both is best) to your entire face and neck. Make sure the mask is as pure as possible, meaning you don’t need fancy fragrances in it. I’m playing with a new T&T formulation now and will keep you updated on that. Until then, Ahave Dead Sea Mask is a good one and you can probably find an all-natural mud mask at your local health food store. Follow the instructions. But in case they don’t mention it – don’t let it completely dry, meaning look crackly on your face, that can really dry you out. One more insiders tip: Using a wet washcloth scrub the mud off in circular motions to exfoliate and wash away the toxins that the mask brought to the surface. Scrub with gentle to medium pressure – never hard! And, of course be mindful of your eyes, you don’t want to get any in there so I always wash the area off first.

Moisturize
Apply a moisturizing mask (again, your local health food store should have one) and I’m playing with a few formulations but they will be bespoke only probably. You can make your own! Readers Digest has some easy suggestions as does Livestrong.

Bath time!
I take bathing very seriously so this will be the longest section, ha ☺ First of all fill the tub to the top, you want to be submerged up to your shoulders. We have an amazing formulation but have hit some hiccups that we are working out but until then it’s easy to do it yourself! Our bathing formulation is stress relieving, toxin-extracting blend of Epson Salt, Himalayan salt crystals, and Baking Soda. Epsom Salt to release energy blockages, extract toxins and ease any sore tired muscles. It also helps rid your body of radiation, great to use after a plane ride. Himalayan Rock Salt to energetically ground you and to soften the skin. Finally baking soda to extract toxins and cleanse and strengthen your auric field. This is a very healing combination – A Healing Trifecta.

Add some aromatherapy
Try our single note oils, chakra oils, or whatever else you like or have on hand, but try and make it as pure as possible. Smell is the most powerful sense we have and therefore truly shifts our mood / energy.

Add some audio therapy to create a calm & mood
Have music on as the backdrop to your beautiful dreams and harmonious environment. We have some nice CD’s and this article on sound therapy is very interesting.

Add some colortherapy
Bed, Bath and Beyond sell these amazing inexpensive under water lights, AquaLuxe, that change through the spectrum of the rainbow gently feeding your body some color energy and also creates a soothing ethereal atmosphere if you turn all other lights out. I also have one in my bedroom too and it’s very relaxing to lie in bed watching the colors transform, a nice way to gently fall into a happy dreamland.

Have a great daydream
See yourself happy, beautiful and loved. Imagine your in your ideal situation…really get into it, to the point where you know what you are wearing ☺ What we think we create, law of attraction, so be in vibration with positively wonderful fantastic beautiful things.

Self-Care time
While bathing it is the perfect time to do some self-care. I always hold my neurovasculars (holding head gently) and do lots of deep breathing.

Get your sleep!
Get into bed early and get good night’s sleep. Maybe do a meditation or visualization for radiant beauty before bedtime. Remember that whatever you go to sleep thinking about is what you will energetically keep with you all night, so even if it was a bad day, or night, think positive thoughts before bed; visualize yourself or your situation, as you want it, not what it necessarily is. Really see it, believe it and totally get into the positive thoughts / stories you create.
If you don’t believe me believe about the benefits of sleep believe Harvard and this one from WebMD

For people who think pampering only isn’t enough (Whaaaaat?) Here are some Night of Beauty Add-On’s

1. Meditation can and will change your life, if you so choose ☺
This can take only three minutes if you want it too. Any amount of time given to mindful breathing creates relaxation and many other benefits.

2. A few yoga moves never hurt anyone
Just enough to release and expand your energy, not to have a workout! Here is a nice bedtime yoga video.

3. Stretching – release some energy & create some space
Here are some gentle ones from our sister site, Cristina’s Energy Center – and this stretching video is so calming and gentle – very basic & only upper body but still – all openings are great openings!

Enjoy Your Night!!!!!

Winter Health and Beauty Tips

Stay hydrated!
But here are some tips
♥ Drink lots of water. There are so many ways to make water exciting and even healthier by adding fruit. I make an herbal fruit tea out of 5 kinds of tea – famously known as Tina’s Tea. You can also keep it simple – hot or cold water with lemon is a trusted favorite. I have to share I have purchased a Zero Water Filter and am very impressed with it. Most of our water is unfortunately not as clean as we would expect so I highly recommend this.
♥ Keep a humidifier in your bedroom and at work keep a mini one near your desk.
♥ Use a water based facial spray – our healthy aura sprays can be used in this way, especially the Rose. This is specifically important in highly heated rooms or in an airplane.

stay moisturized!
♥ Our skin needs constant TLC so carry a small moisturizer with you at all times. Our rosehip seed oil is the perfect skin solution for all ages and types. What I do is pour part of the bottle into a smaller bottle so it can easily fit into any size purse or pocket, don’t leave home without it, really. Our stock is very limited this year because of last year’s bad harvest and we are all eagerly awaiting a high quality harvest. This is a great article about how Rosehip Seed Oil is the new Coconut Oil – sort of hilarious to us as we’ve been promoting it for over 15 years!
♥ Moisturize your body and face morning and night, and in-between. We tend to only think about moisturizing after a shower but our skin craves moisture all the time so be kind to yourself and give your skin moisturizing touch-ups throughout the day. If you have dry skin definitely be mindful of this and apply 2-3 times a day for sure!
♥ Don’t forget your hands and feet! A great time to do this is right before bed. I always keep a bottle of our Rosehip Seed Oil next to my bed. And I take advantage of this time to give myself a mini foot massage and open my gaits. Also right before you put your socks on in the morning is a great time to put moisturizer on you feet – again massage your feet especially on the part of your foot that is between the big and 2nd toe, down to the bottom of the top pad – before it dips into the soft underbelly of your food. Massage there with a wave motion – this will energize your K1 (Kidney Meridian), which will jump-start your energy for the day.

stay healthy
♥ Sit in the sun for 10-15 minutes everyday.
♥ Do the thymus thump daily to keep your immune system strong. For this and other great ways to stay healthy check out immune boosters.
♥ Keep your body moving for at least 30-40 minutes a day – doesn’t matter how, just keep it moving.
♥ Do your 5-minute Eden Energy Medicine routine – especially the zip-up, Celtic weave and connecting heaven and earth.

be in harmony with what you eat
Eat seasonally, our bodies want that. Tony has a famous vegetable bake – it is amazing! He does it all year round and the ingredients change with the seasons. He just buys (or gets it from his garden in the summer) a bunch of different veggies, cuts them up, throws them in a glass cooking pan, adds olive oil, salt, pepper and that’s it – this is a highly requested dish amongst his friends!
♥ Winter vegetables – this is a general list, some of these are ready beginning of winter others later: Asparagus, Beets, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Cabbage, Collards, Endive, Green onions, Kale, Kohlrabi, Garlic, Leeks, Winter Lettuce, Onions, Parsnips, Sugersnap Peas and peashoots, Radishes, Rutabaga, Spinach, Swiss Chard and Turnips.
♥ Practice conscious cooking and be a respectful eater. The act of cooking is important unto itself. You must bring your awareness to what you are doing because you are transferring your energy into the food; make sure it’s good energy.
See the mood foods below
♥ Beat the heat – Beyond sleeping with your humidifier on they have great small ones now you can put on your desk at work – both places need it! This is a great time of year to steam in every form possible! If you are not near hot springs or have a steam room or shower we will take care of you. Our flowering facial steam is euphorically cleansing and moisturizing! The experience itself is blissful but steaming your face will really help with the harsh elements our skin must endure cold winds and drying heat.
♥ Get natural – My most naturalist friend, skincare wise, is Ashley Hudson and she turned me onto cleaning with honey! Use raw honey and rub in circular motions. Add a bit of baking soda – maybe a bit of water if it’s too textured but beyond cleansing this is a great nature exfoliant.
♥ Mindful shaving
Male or female we all have run into shaving challenges. My friend Ashley Hudson says, “If I can’t eat it, it doesn’t go on my skin”. We were discussing shaving and she told me she uses raw coconut oil as a shaving oil / cream and then uses our Coconut Bliss to moisturize her skin afterward and she has no bumps or ingrown hairs so give it a try everyone!
I was getting some bumps after shaving my legs as it got cold because I would get goose bumps in the shower which lead to a harder shave and I have been using out Rewilding Aftershave – so it’s not just for men anymore!
♥ Pamper Yourself This time of year it’s especially important to nurturer and nourish our body and soul. Do as many self-soothing behaviors as you can and this will activate and energize your pathways of joy in your body called Radiant Circuit’s.
We suggest enjoying a night of beauty! And, check out Natural Beauty.

Be in harmony with the elements
Check out the 5-Elements and specifically how to balance them. Every season has specific elemental emotions that are heightened during that time of the year. We are in winter, which is the metal element. Winter is a time of reflection – it is not uncommon for grief to come up, but it comes up to go out, this is the time to let it go. When this element is balanced you feel the awe and wonder in life. This is also a great time to plant the seeds you want to sow in the spring. It’s a time to dream beautiful dreams and visualize who you want to be and align your energies and actions to be in vibration with that.

be in harmony with yourself
We are always evolving so during this time of reflection get to know you again. Think about who your true self is, your higher self, and ask is your life in vibration with what you want and who you want to be. It’s also a good time to look and see if the vision you have of yourself is the reality. Now is the perfect time to figure it out and metaphorically plant the seeds of manifestation for what you want. Also be open to shedding what isn’t working in your life – honor it and then let it go.

It’s time to find your truth, find your gold and to connect with what feeds your soul. To laugh more, love more and allow life to unfold into an unknown but trusted path. This is also the perfect time of year to make sure your Radiant Circuits – your pathways of joy – are activated. This can really help if you have the seasonal blues.

Food Moods
♥Nature is amazing – it’s in the winter we can feel “blue” more often and that is the time of year the dark green leafy vegetables are in season – and these food help our mood – I LOVE that. I will be adding more detailed information about this post but for now…..
♥ Always test before you ingest! Like energy our bodies’ chemistry is always changing meaning so our nutritional needs. Learning to test what your body wants in the present moment is empowering, everyday can be different. Eden Energy Medicine has a great protocol and I would check out how to use a pendulum too because I know so many people who successfully use that to decide if a food is right for them at that moment.
♥ Always eat seasonally

on the menu
♥ Dark leafy greens.
♥ Lots of protein and fermented foods.
♥ Fruits like Cherry’s and oranges, and it’s jam season! So put some jam on any kind of complex carb and you feed your body happy and relaxing food. The best for you is any type of grain that is “sprouted” and you usually find that in the freezer section of your local health food store.
♥ Take your daily vitamin and if it ok with your body, you can energy test, take Vitamin B, C and Omgea-3’s and blue/green algae is amazing!
♥ Herbs of St. Johns Wort, ginseng and ginkgo biloba.

off the menu
♥ Anything “diet” – your body just doesn’t know what to do with it so it doesn’t process in a healthy way. Especially stay away from aspartame because not only is straight out harmful but it is also believed to block the production of serotonin – the feel good chemical!
♥ Anything white and processed – it just turns to sugar once it’s in your body!
NoGMO!!!!
♥ If you eat meat do it ethically. If you eat fish stay away from “farmed” fish. Know your source.

You Are Your Ideal Self

With eyes closed begin to take slow deep breaths in your nose and out your mouth. In your minds eye see your self exactly as you wish to be. See yourself perfectly healthy and perfectly happy. See yourself smiling and surrounded by people who love and respect you. You feel powerful and centered in who you are. You are beautiful and feel at peace. Take your time imagining yourself exactly as you want to be and know this image of yourself is now real. Keep this image in your head and heart and just see yourself this way and begin to metaphorically, or literally, walk towards this ideal self. If you see it you will become it, know this is true and breathe it in.

A New You

We want you to see your beauty – You are beautiful and deserve to feel that way. Sometimes in order to really see our own beauty and worth we need to release old stories and wounds.

Close your eyes, take deep slow breadths in your nose and out your mouth and turn your attention inward. In your mind’s eye see yourself standing in love…feel it washing through you…you feel safe…and you easily float deeper inside yourself, down through the layers to the core of every cell that holds old emotions…specifics don’t matter, just feel your emotions for what they are, hold them…honor them…and release them. As you easily let go of the old you have opened to letting love and light flow through you…see pink and gold energy flowing through your body, filling you with love and washing away anything you don’t need. Invite universal radiance into your being with an open heart. Every part of you is new and unburdened. You are beauty. Breathe that in.
