Grounding and Centering

Close your eyes, take a deep breath and turn your attention inward. Feel the energy in your body moving from the top of your head to the base of your spine where it is connected to a rope or tube that is rooted into the center of the earth… feel the earth’s energy flowing into you, grounding you, balancing you, centering your energy all the way to the core of your being… with every exhale any excess energy that is in your body gently washes out through your feet … you feel secure and comfortable within yourself and your environment. Breathe that in.
